What should I wear?
This will be a formal wedding, black tie not required. Think suit and tie, and long dresses. We can't wait to see everyone looking their best!

Are children allowed?
We are planning an adults-only celebration. However, we're happy to welcome "babes in arms" for any new parents. Thank you for being understanding and making the day special for everyone.

What type of food will be served?
There will be heavy passed appetizers throughout the 6:00 pm cocktail hour. For dinner, guests will choose from chicken, steak, salmon, or vegetarian entrees. Please note any allergies in your RSVP form.

What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony starts at 5:30 sharp, so please arrive between 5:00 and 5:25. Guests who arrive late will not be let into the ceremony after it has begun.

Should I take photos at the ceremony?
We kindly request guests keep their phones on silent and away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and we want our photos to be full of all our favorite people and not phones.

How should we get there?
Our ceremony and reception are both in the same venue. We have a shuttle from the Viceroy Hotel and a shuttle that returns to the hotel that evening. There is also free street parking directly in front of the venue.
